Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has directed the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) to pay 15 percent of share of the land sale revenues to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC).

The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has directed the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) to pay 15 percent of share of the land sale revenues to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC).
The notification from the Urban Development and Housing Department covers any land owned by these development agencies (JDA and RHB) regardless of it situated in any area.
The Urban Development and Housing Department has also asked the Rajasthan Housing Board and Jaipur Development Authority to handover the records of the colonies developed by them to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
