Under the JDA’s Nilay Kunj Scheme, the Jaipur Development Authority had offered total 436 leasehold residential plots. There were 81 plots of 32 (4 x 8 meter) square meters, 44 plots of 54 (9 x 6) square meters, 91 plots of 135 (15 x 9) square meters, 49 plots of 150 (15 x 10) square meters, 97 plots of 225 (12.5 x 18) square meters, and 74 plots of 264 (12 x 22) square meters.

Salient Features of JDA’s Nilay Kunj Scheme
1. The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan.
2. The applicant must have attained the age of majority (18 years) as on the date of application.
3. The applicant himself or herself or any member of his or her family should not own any residential house, flat or plot allotted (leasehold or freehold) in any of the cities with population of more than 50,000 in Rajasthan.
4. A person, who has previously been allotted a residential house, flat or plot by Jaipur Development Authority in the last 10 years shall not be eligible to apply in this scheme.
5. Reservation of plots for reserved categories shall be as per the Rajasthan Government Policy.
6. The residential plots in this scheme will be allotted on leasehold for 99 years.
7. Allotment of the residential plots shall be made through draw of lots.
