The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential MIG-B flats scheme (RHB Scheme Code: Mansarovar Housing Scheme, Jaipur) in Mansarovar, Jaipur.
In the RHB Jaipur Mansarovar scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board is offering total 93 residential flats for the different MIG-B income category.
Online subscription or registration for the RHB Jaipur Mansarovar flats scheme was open for the citizens of India from December 19, 2014 to January 18, 2015.
Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Flat in RHB Jaipur Mansarovar Scheme
1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
2. The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date of applications.
3. The applicant should be competent to contract.
4. The Rajasthan Housing Board shall allot a person only one residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan. Those persons who have been allotted a residential flat or house in any one city or town of Rajasthan previously by the Rajasthan Housing Board shall not be eligible for an allotment second time.
5. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential flat only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent relations (including unmarried children) do not own in full or in part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential flat, house, or plot in Jaipur.
6. Applicant must have Permanent Account Number allotted under the provisions of Income Tax Act and the same must be quoted on the application form.
7. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB).
8. The applicants under the reserved categories in the RHB Jaipur Mansarovar housing scheme shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.
9. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus residential flats shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of lottery draw of lots for RHB Jaipur Mansarovar flats scheme.
10. An application without the prescribed earnest money deposit shall not be entertained and will be rejected outright.
11. The application forms received for RHB Jaipur Mansarovar housing scheme after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained.
