The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a leasehold residential housing scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK independent houses in Greater Noida on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 residential houses in the range of 70 square meters (41 independent houses), 90 square meters (19 independent houses), 120 square meters (208 independent houses), 200 square meters (35 independent houses), and 250 square meters (18 independent houses).
All the residential houses in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012 are in Greater Noida’s Sectors MU-I, Omicron-IA, Omicron–II, XU-I, XU-II, and XU-III.
The last date for submission of application forms for the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 was on Friday, September 14, 2012.
