The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a residential flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) in Greater Noida area in District Gautam Budh Nagar of Uttar Pradesh.
In the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority was offering total 484 residential flats for the different categories.
Registration for the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-15/2012 was open for the citizens of India from August 15, 2012 to September 14, 2012.
Eligibility Conditions for Allotment of a Residential Flat in GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-15
1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
2. The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date of applications.
3. The applicant should be competent to contract.
4. A person shall be eligible for allotment of a residential flat only if the applicant or his or her spouse, or any dependent children (including minor children) have not been allotted any residential plot or flat or house on freehold or leasehold basis or under HPTA (Hire Purchase Tenancy Agreement), License Agreement by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
5. Applicants under a reserved category is entitled to avail of the benefit of allotment only once in his or her lifetime in any of the schemes of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
6. The eligible applicant, his or her spouse, or his or her dependent children can apply for one multistoried flat or independent house only.
7. The applicants under the reserved categories shall not be eligible without the requisite certificates or documents.
8. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus residential flats shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of lottery draw of lots.
9. An application without the prescribed earnest money deposit shall not be entertained and will be rejected outright.
10. The applications received after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained.
