The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) had launched a residential flats scheme for the general public under self-finance scheme at Villivakkam Sites and Services Scheme Phase-I, Chennai in Tamil Nadu on Monday, July 02, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the TNHB Villivakkam Phase-I residential flats scheme was on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
In the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Villivakkam Phase-I residential flats scheme, there were total 50 residential flats for the HIG income categories on offer at the allotment rate of Rs. 6,189,000 for a 960 square feet plinth area (with 393 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-A flat, Rs. 6,189,000 for a 960 square feet plinth area (with 393 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-B flat, Rs. 6,203,000 for a 962 square feet plinth area (with 394 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-C flat, Rs. 6,148,000 for a 954 square feet plinth area (with 391 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-D flat, Rs. 6,106,000 for a 947 square feet plinth area (with 388 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-E flat, and Rs. 6,169,000 for a 957 square feet plinth area (with 392 square feet proportionate plot area) HIG-F flat.
In addition to the flat cost, the car parking cost of Rs. 150,000 for a car parking lot available for each flat will be charged extra.
Out of these 50 HIG residential flats, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board had offered 9 flats of HIG-A Category, 8 flats of HIG-B Category, 9 flats of HIG-C Category, 8 flats of HIG-D Category, 8 flats of HIG-E Category, and 8 flats of HIG-F Category for allotment to the natives of Tamil Nadu through a lottery draw of lots.
The brochures including the applications forms of the TNHB Villivakkam Phase-I, Chennai residential flats scheme were available in the office of Tamil Nadu Housing Board situated at Anna Nagar Division, Thirumangalam, Chennai 600101 (Tamil Nadu).
As it was expected, the lottery draw of lots for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Villivakkam Phase-I, Chennai residential flats scheme was held before October 31, 2012.
