The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a multistoried residential scheme (GDA Scheme Code 819) of 1 BHK Mini MIG flats in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad on October 20, 2012.
In the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory residential flats scheme 819, the Ghaziabad Development Authority was offering total 144 Mini MIG flats for allotment to the Middle Income Group.

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 10% of the total number of flats are reserved for the Senior Citizens in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried residential flats scheme 819.
Accordingly, the Ghaziabad Development Authority had reserved 14 flats for the Senior Citizens Category applicants in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 819.
Allotment of a Mini MIG flat in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 819 to a Senior Citizen will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions. Horizontal Reservation for the Senior Citizens Category Applicants
Senior Citizens will be given 10 percent horizontal reservation of the total flats available for allotment in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 819.
Senior Citizens category applicants are required to attach a certificate of being a senior citizen and reservation category must be filled in the application form.
To be eligible for applying in the Senior Citizens category, a person must have completed 60 years of age as on October 20, 2012.
In case a Senior Citizen fails to attach the age certificate, issued by the competent authority, his or her application form will be deemed invalid and it will not be included in the lottery draw of lots.
