The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 450 freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 15% of the total number of plots in 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 30 residential plots for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes applicants in Sector-5, Rohtak plots scheme.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012 to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe applicant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
