The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 450 freehold residential plots scheme in Sector-5, Rohtak in Haryana on January 06, 2012.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 8% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Serving Haryana Government Servants and 2% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category are reserved for the Retiring or Retired Haryana Government Servants in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 36 residential plots for the Serving Haryana Government Servants and 9 residential plots for the Retiring or Retired Haryana Government Servants including employees of Boards, Corporations, Improvement Trusts, State Co-operative Banks under Haryana Government in Sector-5, Rohtak plots scheme.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Rohtak plots scheme 2012 to a Haryana Government Servant will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
