Registration or subscription for the HUDA Hisar freehold residential plots scheme was open for the eligible applicants from May 09, 2013 to July 15, 2013.

HUDA Residential Plots in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar: Salient Features
1. Residential plots being offered are in a well-planned area (Sector-14 and Sector-33 of Urban Estate) of Hisar, with a provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services such as schools, Community Centre, banquet hall, children park, polyclinic, nursing home, old age home, religious buildings, shopping centre, taxi stand, police post, etc.
2. Sector-14 and Sector-33 of Hisar will have piped water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage, and underground sewerage system.
3. HUDA Hisar scheme will have residential area with green belts, and commercial establishments in the vicinity for providing shopping and employments opportunities to the nearby residents.
4. In the Sector-14 (Part-II) and Sector-33 (Part-I) 5 Hisar residential plots scheme, HUDA is giving plots on easy installments – only 10% of the total cost is payable with the application as an earnest money, while 15% of the cost will be payable within 30 days of the allotment and balance 75% of the plot’s cost will be payable in six equal annual installments.
