The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 1% of the total number of plots in 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 5 residential plots in Sector-14 and 12 residential plots in Sector-33 for the Handicapped Persons in HUDA Hisar plots scheme.
In the HUDA Hisar plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved total 17 freehold residential plots for the Handicapped Persons in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme to a Handicapped Person will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
