The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a 664 MIG and LIG multistoried residential flats scheme (RHB Scheme Code: Indira Gandhi Nagar Residential Scheme Jaipur) in Indira Gandhi Nagar, Jagatpura in Jaipur on December 14, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar MIG-A (Middle Income Group ‘A’) and MIG-B (Middle Income Group ‘B’) and LIG (Low Income Group) multistory residential flats scheme was on March 04, 2013.
In RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar multistory residential flats scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 88 LIG multistoried residential flats of 450 square feet area in Sector-10 for the Low Income Group applicants having an income of Rs. 100,001 to Rs. 250,000, 216 MIG multistoried residential flats of 715 square feet area in Sector-6 and Sector-10 for the Middle Income Group ‘A’ applicants having an income of Rs. 250,001 to Rs. 450,000, and 360 MIG multistoried residential flats of 1451.16 square feet area in Sector-8 for the Middle Income Group ‘B’ applicants having an income of Rs. 450,001 to Rs. 600,000 in a Financial Year.
The Rajasthan Housing Board offered these LIG, MIG-A and MIG-B multistoried residential flats for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The lottery draw of lots for the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar multistoried residential flats scheme was held on March 11, 2013.
The Rajasthan Housing Board’s Indira Gandhi Nagar residential scheme is located in Sector-6, Sector-8, and Sector-10, Indira Gandhi Nagar in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The brochures including the applications forms of the RHB Jaipur Indira Gandhi Nagar multistory flats scheme were available in the authorized branches of Axis Bank Limited, Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, Punjab National Bank, and Union Bank of India in Jaipur in Rajasthan.
