The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a 2878 freehold residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000061) in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar in Haryana on May 09, 2013.
As per Haryana Government’s current reservation policy, 5% of the total number of plots in 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla plots category were reserved for the Advocates in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme. Accordingly, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved 44 residential plots in Sector-14 and 98 residential plots in Sector-33 for the Advocates in HUDA Hisar plots scheme.
In the HUDA Hisar plots scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had reserved total 142 freehold residential plots for the Advocates in Sector-14 and Sector-33, Hisar.
Allotment of a residential plot in the HUDA Hisar plots scheme to an Advocate will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
