The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a 136 residential houses scheme (RHB Scheme Code: Gadhi Thoriyan Residential Scheme Beawar) in Gadhi Thoriyan, Beawar in Ajmer on December 14, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the RHB Beawar Gadhi Thoriyan EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Low Income Group), MIG-A (Middle Income Group ‘A’), MIG-B (Middle Income Group ‘B’), and HIG (High Income Group) residential houses scheme was on March 04, 2013.
In RHB Beawar Gadhi Thoriyan residential houses scheme, the Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 65 residential houses of 284 square feet (plot area 44 square meters) for the Economically Weaker Section applicants having an income of less than Rs. 100,001, 20 residential houses of 625 square feet (plot area 90 square meters) for the Low Income Group applicants having an income of Rs. 100,001 to Rs. 250,000, 14 residential houses of 970 square feet (plot area 120 square meters) for the Middle Income Group ‘A’ applicants having an income of Rs. 250,001 to Rs. 450,000, 30 residential houses of 1200 square feet (plot area 162 square meters) for the Middle Income Group ‘B’ applicants having an income of Rs. 450,001 to Rs. 600,000, and 7 residential houses of 1560 square feet (plot area 210 square meters) for the High Income Group applicants having an income of more than Rs. 600,000 in a Financial Year.
The Rajasthan Housing Board had offered these EWS, LIG, MIG-A, MIG-B, and HIG residential houses for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The lottery draw of lots for the RHB Beawar Gadhi Thoriyan residential houses scheme was held on March 18, 2013.
The Rajasthan Housing Board’s Gadhi Thoriyan residential scheme is located on National Highway No. 8 in Gadhi Thoriyan in Beawar (District Ajmer), Rajasthan.
The brochures including the applications forms of the RHB Beawar Gadhi Thoriyan houses scheme were available in the authorized branches of ICICI Bank Limited and Punjab National Bank in Beawar (Ajmer) in Rajasthan.
