Reservation for GNIDA Regular Employees in GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16/2013

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-16/2013) in Sector MU-II and Sector-10 of Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh on April 02, 2013.

In the GNIDA multistoried LIG flats scheme BHS-16/2013, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority was offering total 7215 residential flats for allotment to the various categories of applicants.

Allotment of a residential flat in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976).

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-16: GNIDA Regular Employees Reservation

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 5% of the total number of residential flats are reserved for the GNIDA Regular Employees in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16/2013.

Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved 361 flats for the GNIDA Regular Employees in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16.

After allotment of flats to the reserved categories, the remaining flats will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.

Allotment of a flat in the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-16 to a GNIDA Regular Employee will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions. The Applicable Eligibility Terms and Conditions for the GNIDA Regular Employees

The regular employees of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, only if they are fulfilling the following conditions, will be eligible.

1. Eligible Greater Noida employee for registration under this scheme would mean Regular Employees of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority on or before closing date of the scheme and still working in the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, who have earlier not been allotted a residential house, plot or flat under any scheme, under this category. A certificate from Personal Department of the Authority should be enclosed along with application form stating that he is regular employee of the Authority. Employees on deputation to Greater Noida are not eligible for allotment under the scheme.

2. In this category, if independent house or multistory flat is allotted to the occupier of staff-quarter, he or she shall has to vacate it after taking possession of the independent house or multistory flat. In case of delay, market rent or penalty would be charged as fixed by the CEO.

3. Under this category, the allottee cannot sell the independent house or multistory flat within 10 years from the date of allotment.

4. The eligible categories according to their Grade Pay as mentioned below:

(a) Grade Pay up to Rs. 1,800 up to 120 square meters house or flat
(b) Grade Pay from Rs. 1,900 to 4,200 up to 200 square meters house or flat
(c) Grade Pay from Rs. 4,600 to 6,600 up to 350 square meters house or flat
(d) Grade Pay above Rs. 7,600 any size of the house or flat

5. In case, any employee wants to apply for a higher size of independent house or multistory flat category other than he or she is eligible, he or she will have to obtain specific written approval from Competent Authority before closing date of the scheme.

Last Date for Submitting the Application Forms for the GNIDA Regular Employees

Thursday, May 02, 2013 was the last date for submission of application forms for the eligible applicants of GNIDA Regular Employees category for the GNIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-16/2013.
