Applicable Categories for the GNIDA Multistoried Flats Scheme BHS-17/2013

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-17/2013) in Sector-12, Omicron-1, and Omicron-1A of Greater Noida (UP).
In the GNIDA multistoried flats scheme BHS-17/2013, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 2989 multistory residential flats of 54.29 square meters, 58.18 square meters, 83.38 square meters, and 132.95 square meters super built up area for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of the leasehold flats in the GNIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-17 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.
Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved a number of flats for the certain categories of persons in the GNIDA multistoried residential flats scheme BHS-17/2013. The reservation existed for various categories of people.
