The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority (PDA) had launched a residential plots scheme (PDA Scheme Code PDA Enclave Dhuri) in PDA Enclave Dhuri (Punjab).
The registration or subscription for PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme was open for the eligible applicants from June 03, 2015 to July 03, 2015.
PDA Enclave Dhuri Residential Plots Scheme – Eligibility Conditions for the Allotment
1. The applicant must have attained the age of majority (18 years) as on the last date of applications.
2. The applicant must be a citizen of India or Punjabi and a Person of Punjab Origin or Persons of Indian Origin settled abroad.
3. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) from the State of Punjab and Chandigarh are eligible to apply in this PDA Enclave Dhuri plots scheme in the Non Resident Indians (NRIs) category. However, they must check the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India rules on the payment modes before applying in this residential scheme.
4. Those persons who own or were allotted a leasehold or freehold residential plot, flat or house in any of the Urban Estates developed by the PDA in any city or town in his or her own name or in his or her spouse or minor children’s name are not eligible to apply in this scheme.
5. Those applicants who own or were allotted a residential plot, flat or house (leasehold or freehold) in any of the Urban Estates developed by the HouseFed (Punjab State Federation of Cooperative House Building Societies Limited) in any city or town are not eligible to apply.
6. The people who own a residential plot, flat or house allotted by any Government Agency or in Cooperative Societies to whom land was allotted by the government agencies in any of the Urban Estates in any city or town of Punjab are not eligible to apply in the scheme.
7. The eligibility about reservation shall be decided as on the last date for the submission of applications in this scheme.
8. The applicant under a reserve category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.
9. The reserved category applicant must not have previously availed the allotment benefit of a house, flat, apartment, or a plot in any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in Punjab.
10. If the sufficient applications are not received against a reserved category, the surplus plots shall be considered as unreserved and will be transferred to the General Category at the time of draw of lots. In case of not enough applicants in a sub-category in the Disabled Category, the remaining plots will be distributed equally in other sub-categories in the same Category.

The self-attested photocopies of documents to be submitted to establish eligibility. If required, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority may ask for the originals for verification.
The Residence Certificate of Punjab issued by the Competent Authority (concerned Tehsildar), or any 3 out of the following 10 documents to establish 5 years of residence of Punjab, as on the last date for applications in this scheme.

4. Indian Passport with Address of Punjab
5. Matriculation Certificate
6. UID Card (Aadhaar Card)
7. Electricity Bill
8. Landline Telephone Bill
9. Registration Certificate of a Vehicle
10. Proof of Ownership of Property in Punjab on the Date of Submission of Application
Only by those who are successful in the draw of lots or those in the waiting list are required to submit the documents for establishing their eligibility in the PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme.
