For those individuals who wanted to apply for the residential plots, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority (PDA) had launched a residential scheme of freehold plots (PDA Scheme Code PDA Enclave Dhuri) in PDA Enclave in Dhuri on June 03, 2015.
In the PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered total 210 residential plots (including the reserved categories) to the applicants.
How to Apply in the PDA Enclave Dhuri Freehold Residential Plots Scheme
The application forms and brochures of the PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of 5 banks in Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.

Applicants can make separate application for each plot size along with prescribed earnest money. However, Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority shall allot only one plot to one individual.
Only one application can be given by one family i.e. one or the other spouse or dependent children for one category (size) of plot. However, one applicant can apply for different category of plots (size wise) on separate application forms. In that case, earnest money will be charged with each application form but the applicant would be entitled to keep only one plot. In case the applicant is successful in more than one category, then in that case he or she will have to surrender the other plot(s) after giving option for retaining one plot with him or her within 30 days from the date of publication of the result of draw. If such successful applicant fails to inform about his or her surrender option(s) to the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority, then the Estate Officer, PDA, Patiala will have the right to cancel any of the extra plot(s) and the entire earnest money shall be forfeited.
No documents are to be submitted with the application form. However, self-certification in the application form is necessary.
Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority will summarily reject the incomplete or unsigned applications without conveying reasons.
If the information or documents supplied along with the application form or thereafter is found false or fabricated, such allotment shall be cancelled and the entire earnest money shall be forfeited along with institution of criminal proceedings against the applicant.
While preparing the list of the eligible applicants, the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority will consider only those applications, which are accompanied with the specified earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the ‘Estate Officer, PDA, Patiala’ and payable at the place where the application is being submitted.
The applicant must intimate any change in address immediately to the Estate Officer, PDA, Patiala by a registered post.
