The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority (PDA) had launched a residential scheme of 210 freehold plots (PDA Scheme Code PDA Enclave Dhuri) in PDA Enclave Dhuri (District Sangrur) in Punjab on June 03, 2015.
The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority will offer possession of the plots to the successful applicants within a period of 18 months from the date of issue of allotment letter.
Transfer of the Plots Allotted in the PDA Enclave Dhuri Residential Plots Scheme
The Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority will allow transfer of your plot in PDA Enclave Dhuri residential plots scheme to a legal heir or other than the legal heir, after execution of conveyance deed, subject to the fulfillment of prescribed legal and other conditions.
The allottees of the PDA Enclave Dhuri residential scheme shall have no right to transfer their plots by way of sale, gift, mortgage, or otherwise, the plot or any other rights, title of interest in the said plot, except with the prior permission of the Estate Officer, which may be granted subject to payment of such fee and charges, as may be determined from time to time.
