The Amritsar Development Authority (ADA) had launched a 428 freehold residential plots scheme (ADA Amritsar Scheme Code: Aero City Plots Scheme) in Aero City, Amritsar in Punjab on May 18, 2015.
As per Punjab Government’s current reservation policy, 2% of the total number of plots in 150 square yards, 175 square yards, 200 square yards, 225 square yards, 250 square yards, 275 square yards, and 300 square yards plots category are reserved for the freedom fighters in the ADA Amritsar Aero City plots scheme.
Accordingly, the Amritsar Development Authority had reserved 8 plots for the freedom fighters in ADA Amritsar Aero City freehold residential plots scheme.

Allotment of a residential plot in the ADA Amritsar Aero City scheme to a freedom fighter will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
Eligibility Conditions for the Freedom Fighters for ADA Amritsar Aero City Plots Scheme
Only those freedom fighters, who are recipient of Freedom Fighter Reward Pension by the Punjab Government or Tamra Patra issued by the Government of India for taking part in recognized movement, shall be eligible to apply under this category.
Widows, children, and grand children of freedom fighters are not eligible to apply in this residential plots scheme.
The applicant under freedom fighter category must be a resident of Punjab only as defined by State Government or has been residing in Punjab for the last five years.
The applicant under freedom fighter category must not have availed benefit of allotment of an apartment, flat, built-up house, or a residential plot under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the Punjab state.
Eligibility Certificate for the Freedom Fighters for ADA Amritsar Aero City Plots Scheme
In case of freedom fighter, a valid certificate issued by the Competent Authority is required.
Affidavit to be Submitted by the Freedom Fighters Category Applicants
All the freedom fighters will have to submit an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 25, attested by the Executive Magistrate or Notary Public (as per the specimen format given in the scheme brochure).
