The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a residential scheme of 269 freehold plots for the Defence and Para-Military Forces Personnel in Sector-9, Jind in Haryana on August 20, 2013.
In the HUDA plots scheme Jind (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000062), the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered 215 freehold residential plots to the Serving Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen (Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force) and 54 freehold residential plots to the Serving and Retired Para-Military Forces Personnel (BSF, CFEF, CRPF, GSF, ITBP, RFP, etc.) in the range of 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal) plot area.
The Last Date to Apply
The last date for submission of application forms for the Defence and Para-Military Forces Personnel in HUDA Jind residential plots scheme was on October 21, 2013.
Domicile Certificate of Haryana
The applicants, applying under the Defence and Para-Military Forces Personnel category for this scheme, must belong to Haryana state. A successful applicant of this plots scheme will have to furnish a certificate to this effect issued by the concerned SDO (C) of the concerned District, or the Commanding Officer, or Zila Sainik Board, Haryana before issuance of the allotment letter.
The Lottery Draw of Lots
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered these residential plots for allotment to the Defence and Para-Military Forces Personnel through a lottery draw of lots.
As it was expected, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for the HUDA Jind Sector-9 freehold residential plots scheme before April 21, 2014.

The application forms and brochures of the HUDA Jind residential plots scheme for the Defence and Para-Military Forces Personnel were available in the authorized branches of Axis Bank Limited, Bank of Baroda, Haryana Gramin Bank, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Union Bank of India, and Yes Bank Limited in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, and Delhi.
