The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had launched a residential scheme of 1135 freehold plots in Sector-32 (Part) and Sector-33 (Part), Karnal in Haryana on March 12, 2014.
In the HUDA plots scheme Karnal, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered total 354 freehold residential plots (excluding the handicapped and blind category plots) in Sector-32 (Part) and 781 freehold residential plots in Sector-33 (Part) in the range of 90 square meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8 Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal) area.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HUDA Karnal residential plots scheme (HUDA Scheme Code No. SC00000065) was on April 28, 2014.
In HUDA Karnal scheme, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered the residential plots at an allotment rate of Rs. 13,770 to Rs. 16,300 per square meter.
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had offered these residential plots for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for HUDA Karnal Sector-32 (Part) and Sector-33 (Part) freehold residential plots scheme before October 28, 2014.
The application forms and brochures of the HUDA Pinjore residential plots scheme were available in the authorized branches of Axis Bank Limited, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, and Union Bank of India in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, and Delhi.
