The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) had launched a freehold residential plots scheme in Bhatauli Khurd, Baddi in district Solan of Himachal Pradesh on June 12, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HIMUDA Bhatauli Khurd housing colony plots scheme was on July 31, 2012.
In the HIMUDA Bhatauli Khurd freehold residential plots scheme, there were total 121 residential plots of the different categories on offer at the allotment rate of Rs. 7,300 per square meter. Out of these 121 residential plots, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority had offered 38 plots of Category I (400 square meter and above), 41 plots of Category II (281 square meter to 399 square meter), 21 plots of Category III (200 square meter to 280 square meter), and 21 plots of Category IV (96 square meter to 199 square meter) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.
