The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) had launched a freehold residential plots scheme in Jarja, Nahan in district Sirmour of Himachal Pradesh on June 12, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HIMUDA Jarja housing colony plots scheme was on July 31, 2012.
In the HIMUDA Jarja freehold residential plots scheme, there were total 40 residential plots of the different categories on offer at the allotment rate of Rs. 11,215 per square meter. Out of these 40 residential plots, the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority had offered 22 plots of Category I (250 square meter and above), 9 plots of Category II (200 square meter to 249 square meter), and 9 plots of Category III (135 square meter to 199 square meter) for allotment to the Indian citizens through a lottery draw of lots.
The brochures including the applications forms of the HIMUDA Jarja residential plots scheme were available in the office of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority situated at Nigam Vihar, Shimla 171002 (HP).
