6. Use simple kitchen remedies on your age spots. Dab cotton dipped in fresh lemon juice on age spots. Allow it to stay for thirty minutes. Apply sake, a rice based drink, on age spots and they lighten. Rub fleshy side of raw papaya skin on age spots and allow it to stay for fifteen to twenty minutes.
