The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a freehold residential flats scheme (DDA Scheme Code: DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017) DDA Housing Scheme 2017 in different locations of Delhi on Friday, June 30, 2017.

1. In the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 (DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017), the Delhi Development Authority has offered total 12,072 freehold residential flats for allotment to the applicants through a lottery draw of lots.
2. The Delhi Development Authority has already acquired the land on which the residential flats of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 have been developed.
3. In DDA Housing Scheme 2017, the Delhi Development Authority has offered the freehold residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 53.52 Lakhs to Rs. 126.81 Lakhs for HIG 3 BHK flats, Rs. 31.32 Lakhs to Rs. 93.95 Lakhs for MIG 2 BHK flats, Rs. 14.50 Lakhs to Rs. 30.30 Lakhs for LIG 1 BHK flats, and Rs. 7.07 Lakhs to Rs. 12.76 Lakhs for Janta 1 room flats.
