Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved a number of plots for certain categories of persons in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016. The reservation exists for various categories of people in YEIDA RPS-03 scheme.

Applicable Reservation Categories for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), January 07, 2016

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a scheme RPS-03 (YEIDA Scheme Code RPS-03/2016) of residential plots in Sector-17 of Yamuna Expressway (UP).

In the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has offered total 1850 residential plots for allotment to the various categories of applicants.

Allotment of a leasehold plot in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved a number of plots for the certain categories of persons in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016. The reservation exists for various categories of people in YEIDA RPS-03 scheme.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Residential Scheme RPS-03: Categories of Applicants

There are five applicable categories of applicants eligible for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016. These are:

1. General Category (1390 plots)
2. Functional Institutional, Industrial, and Commercial Units allotted by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (68 plots)
3. Farmers or Land Oustees (240 plots)
4. Handicapped Persons (56 plots)
5. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (96 plots)

Reservation for General Category Applicants in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 77.50% of the total number of residential plots are reserved for the General Category individuals in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 43 out of 1433 plots) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in General Category.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved 1390 plots for the General Category applicants in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

After allotment of plots to the reserved categories, the remaining plots will be allotted to the persons registered under the General Category.

Reservation for Functional Institutional Units in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 5% of the total number of residential plots are reserved for the Functional Institutional, Industrial or Commercial Units allotted by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Out of 5% residential plots reserved for the Functional Institutional Units and Establishments in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, 21% plots (that is 20 out of 93 plots) will be reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 2% plots (that is 2 out of 93 plots) will be reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST) applicants.

Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 3 out of 93 plots) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in Functional Institutional Units and Establishments Category.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved 68 plots for the Functional Institutional, Industrial, and Commercial Units applicants in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Reservation for Farmers or Land Oustees in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 17.50% of the total number of residential plots are reserved for the farmers or land oustees in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Out of 17.50% residential plots reserved for Farmers or Land Oustees in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, 21% plots (that is 68 out of 324 plots) will be reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 2% plots (that is 6 out of 324 plots) will be reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST) applicants.

Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 10 out of 324 plots) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in Farmers or Land Oustees Category.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved balance 240 plots for the Farmers or Land Oustees Category applicants in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Reservation for Handicapped Persons in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 3.00% of the total number of residential plots are reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Keeping in view the provision under Section 43 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and a decision taken in 49th Board Meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority held on February 12, 2014, a 3% horizontal reservation (that is 56 out of 1850 plots) shall be kept for Handicapped Persons in General Category, Functional Institutional Units, and Farmers Category.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved 56 plots for the Handicapped Persons in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, a 21% horizontal reservation shall be kept reserved for Scheduled Castes and a 2% horizontal reservation shall be kept reserved for Scheduled Tribes in the Functional Institutional Units (total 93 plots) and Farmers Category (total 324 plots) in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Accordingly, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has reserved 96 plots out of total 417 plots for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Category applicants in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.

Allotment of a plot in the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 to various category applicants will be subject to fulfillment of the applicable eligibility terms and conditions.
