The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will declare result of the lottery draw of lots for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 on April 27, 2016.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched a scheme of leasehold residential plots (YEIDA Scheme Code RPS-03/2016) in Sector-17 of Yamuna Expressway on January 01, 2016.
In YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is offering total 1850 residential plots of 120 square meters (144 square yards), 162 square meters (194 square yards), and 200 square meters (239 square yards) plot area for the allotment.
Number of the residential plots available for allotment in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 may increase or decrease at the time of lottery draw of lots.
If the applications received are less than the residential plots reserved under any reserved category, the remaining plots will be transferred to the General Category Applicants at the time of lottery draw of lots.
The last date of booking or registration for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 is on February 02, 2016.
The allotment for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 shall be made to the eligible applicants through a manual lottery draw of lots and will be held at Greater Noida in the presence of a panel of independent judges, YEIDA officials, and eligible applicants.
The tentative date of lottery draw of lots for YEIDA RPS-03 scheme is Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Any change in the date of actual lottery draw of lots shall be informed to the applicants by means of publication in the daily newspaper(s) and will also be available at the website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
Process for the Lottery Draw of Lots for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016
1. The allotment shall be through a manual lottery draw of lots of plot numbers.
2. The lottery draw of lots shall be undertaken for each category separately.
3. Within a category, the first lottery draw of lots shall be conducted for the applicants who have chosen Option 1 as Payment Plan.
4. Thereafter, the second lottery draw of lots shall be conducted for the applicants who have choosen Option 2 as Payment Plan for the remaining plots.
5. After that, the third lottery draw of lots shall be conducted for the applicants who have choosen Option 3 as Payment Plan for the remaining plots.
YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 – Refund of Registration Money to the Unsuccessful Applicants
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will refund the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the unsuccessful applicants of YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 before August 31, 2016.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will issue the refund orders for the registration money without interest through the nodal branch of the bank where the applicant has deposited his or her application form.
In case the application for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 is in joint name(s), the refund will be made in the name of the first applicant only.
If your application form number is not found in the list of the successful applicants for the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, you should contact the concerned bank (where you filed your application form for this scheme) with your acknowledgment receipt for the status of your earnest money refund.
The designated bank shall be responsible for the dispatch of refund cheques to the unsuccessful applicants of YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016.
