YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 – Payment Plans and Schedule for the Successful Applicants

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a residential scheme of 1850 leasehold plots (YEIDA Scheme Code RPS-03/2016) in Sector-17 on January 01, 2016.
YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 – Allotment of Plots to the Applicants
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will allot residential plots to the applicants of YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 through a lottery draw of lots.
On allotment of a plot, the allottee shall be informed of the dues payable for the allotted plot through a letter.
The applicant applying for a residential plot under YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 shall have to deposit the applicable Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit.
The Registration Money or Earnest Money Deposit is to be paid by a Single Banker’s Cheque or Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.
If due to any force majeure or such circumstances beyond the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s control, the Authority is unable to make allotment or give possession of the allotted residential plot to an allottee, the entire registration money or earnest money deposit will be refunded to the applicant.

YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 – Payment Plans and Schedule for the Successful Applicants
The applicants applying for a residential plot in YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 have option of making the payments in easy installments on allotment of a residential plot.
The YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 applicants can choose ‘Payment Option 1’, ‘Payment Option 2’, or ‘Payment Option 3’ based on their financial capability by mentioning the same in their application forms.
The Payment Option 1 for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 Allottees
In the Payment Option 1, 100% of the total premium of the residential plot, after adjusting the registration money already paid, shall be payable within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter.
The Payment Option 2 for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 Allottees
In the Payment Option 2, 50% of the total premium of the residential plot, after adjusting the registration money already paid, shall be payable within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter as the allotment money.
Balance 50% of the total premium of the residential plot shall be payable in two equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 61th day from the date of allotment with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on reducing principal amount at the end of each half yearly.
The Payment Option 3 for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 Allottees
In the Payment Option 3, 30% of the total premium of the residential plot, after adjusting the registration money already paid, shall be payable within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter as the allotment money.
Balance 70% of the total premium of the residential plot shall be payable in eight equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 61th day from the date of allotment with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on reducing principal amount at the end of each half yearly.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will inform you about the dues payable for the allotted residential plot through an allotment letter.
For the purpose of record and documentation, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will reckon the date of issue of allotment letter as the date of allotment.

The Mode of Payment
You can make all payments to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’ payable at Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, or New Delhi.
Extension of Date for Payments
Normally, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority shall not allow any extension of the date for the payments.
However, if due to any reason, you fail to pay the amount payable to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority within the prescribed time limit, CEO of the Authority may allow extension of time for such default period under exceptional circumstances up to a maximum period of 30 days. This will be subject to the condition that during the entire payment plan such extensions shall not be more than three times.
In the event of such extensions of payment date, interest at the rate of 15% per annum, compoundable half-yearly, shall be payable on the defaulted amount for the defaulted period.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will adjust the payment made by allottee first towards the interest due, if any, and thereafter the balance payment shall go towards the installment due and the lease rent payable.
The prepayment in whole is allowed. However, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority does not allow part payment. No rebate shall be allowable in case of prepayment. In case, an allottee opts to pay the balance of the premium in a lump sum, interest due on the balance premium up to the date of deposit shall be chargeable.
