The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has launched a new residential flats scheme (UPAVP Scheme Code Avadh Vihar Yojna) under Avadh Vihar Yojana in Lucknow on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.

1. In UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme (UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojna), the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has offered total 4,752 built-up multistoried (Ground Floor + 3 Storey) residential flats for allotment to the applicants through a lottery draw of lots.
2. In UPAVP Lucknow Awadh Vihar PMAY-U residential flats scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad has offered residential flats consisting of 34.07 square meters super area and 22.77 square meters carpet area for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
3. Each of the dwelling units in UPAVP Lucknow Awadh Vihar PMAY residential flats scheme will comprises of two bedrooms, a kitchen, store space, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.
4. The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad has already acquired the land on which the residential flats of UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme have been developed.
5. In UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar Yojana, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 4.50 Lakhs for a 2 BHK flat.
6. In UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar flats Scheme, the applicants will get a financial assistance of Rs. 250,000 on the cost of each dwelling unit under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U), a Government of India credit linked subsidy scheme for Housing for All.
7. After a subsidy of Rs. 250,000 under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U), the effective buying cost of each flat in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar Yojana will be only Rs. 200,000.
8. For the residential flats in UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY Yojana, an applicant has to pay an earnest money (initial deposit) of Rs. 25,000 as registration money with the application form.
9. On being allotted a residential flat in the UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY residential scheme, the balance amount of Rs. 175,000 is to be paid in 5 years in 60 EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) with an interest of 9.50% per annum.
10. The dwelling units being offered under UPAVP Lucknow Awadh Vihar PMAY scheme are from a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure and facility of a gated complex for a secured and relaxed community living.

14. The last date for submission of application forms for UPAVP Lucknow Avadh Vihar PMAY flats scheme is on Saturday, May 05, 2018.
15. Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad will announce result of the lottery draw of lots for Lucknow Avadh Vihar Aawasiya Yojana before November 05, 2018.
