Here is the list of documents to be attached with the application form for allotment of a flat in Delhi Development Authority’s DDA Housing Scheme 2010.
1. PAN Card Copy
A self-attested photocopy of the PAN (Permanent Account Number), allotted by the Income Tax Department
2. Proof of Residence
A self-attested photocopy of any one of the following documents:
(i) Passport
(ii) Identity Card
(iii) Election Card
(iv) Ration Card
(v) Driving License
(vi) Telephone Bill
(vii) Electricity Bill
(viii) Water Bill
(ix) House Tax Receipt
(x) CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) Card
(xi) Bank Passbook (Page Carrying the Name and Address)
3. Bank Account Detail
A self-attested photocopy of the Bank Passbook or Statement of the Bank Account mentioned in the DDA Application Form
Addition Document(s) to be Attached with the DDA Application Form for the Reserved Category
(1) For the Ex-Servicemen Category: An attested photocopy of the Discharge Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ministry of Defence or Department of Defence (Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force, as the case may).
(2) For the Physically Handicapped Category: An attested photocopy of the original Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board of a Government Hospital in case the applicant is applying under the reserved category of physically handicapped persons.
(3) For the War Widows Category: An attested photocopy of the “Requisite Certificate” issued by the Ministry of Defence or Department of Defence (Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force, as the case may) in case the applicant is applying for a DDA flat under Reserved Category of war-widow.
(4) For the Scheduled Caste Category: An attested photocopy of the original Scheduled Caste Certificate from the District Magistrate (DM) or Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of the area concerned in case the applicant belongs to the Reserved Category of Scheduled Caste.
(5) For the Scheduled Tribe Category: An attested photocopy of the original Scheduled Tribe Certificate from the District Magistrate (DM) or Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of the area concerned in case the applicant belongs to the Reserved Category of Scheduled Tribe.
Please note that an applicant not submitting the requisite documents along with DDA Application Form will not be considered for allotment of a DDA Flat under a Reserved Category and will be treated under the General Category.
