The Delhi Development Authority has started issuing the refund orders for Earnest Money Deposit to the unsuccessful applicants of DDA Housing Scheme 2010 through the nodal branch of the bank where applicant had deposited his or her application form.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started issuing the refund orders for the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the unsuccessful applicants of the DDA Housing Scheme 2010.
The Delhi Development Authority is refunding the registration money through the nodal branch of the bank where the applicant had deposited his or her application form.
The Delhi Development Authority had announced result of the lottery draw for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 on April 18, 2011.
If your application form number is not found in the list of the successful applicants, you should contact the concerned bank (where you filed your application form for the DDA Housing Scheme 2010) with your acknowledgment receipt for the status of your earnest money refund. For this, you can also contact the Director (Housing)-II, D Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on any working day.
The designated bank shall be responsible for the dispatch of refund cheques to the unsuccessful applicants. The concerned bank shall bear the responsibility for any loss on this account. In case the application is in joint name(s), the refund is being made in the name of the first applicant only.
Please note that the DDA or the designated banks will not entertain any application or request for refund, loss or mutilation, and non-encashment of refund cheque one year after the closure of the DDA Housing Scheme 2010. Last date to apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2010 was December 24, 2010.
