The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) had launched a 4,500 residential flats scheme called ‘GMADA Purab Premium Apartments’ in Sector-88 of Mohali in Punjab.
Registration or subscription for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme was open for the eligible applicants from December 12, 2011 to January 21, 2012. All the Indian residents and NRIs of 18 years or more were eligible to apply in this scheme.
GMADA Purab Premium Apartments, Mohali: Salient Features
1. Mohali is a city bordering to Chandigarh. It is nestled in the Shivalik Foot Hills and is situated in the west of Chandigarh.
2. Greater Mohali Area Development Authority’s Purab Premium Apartments in Sector-88, Mohali is a well-planned residential area with state of the art infrastructure development.
3. GMADA Purab Premium Apartments will have piped water supply, storm water drainage, metalled roads, and an extensive sewerage system.
4. Every apartment in the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme will have atleast one car parking.
5. Every apartment of the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme will have one servant quarter.
6. All the apartments in this scheme will be North-East facing with big windows and balconies.
7. Sector-88, Mohali will have residential area with green belts, and commercial establishments in the vicinity for providing shopping, recreation, and entertainment opportunities to the residents.
8. There will be a provision of metered piped LPG or NPG to each of the apartments with 24-hour pressurized power supply and power backup. There will not be any overhead or rooftop water tanks.
9. The GMADA Purab Premium Apartments will be designed and built in such way that these can withstand earthquakes as per Zone 4 (7 on Richter scale) notified by the Government of India.
10. Possession of the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments will be given to the allottees within 36 months from the date of draw.
