The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had announced result of the lottery draw for the Karnal residential plots scheme on August 30, 2011.
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had launched a new residential plots scheme in Sector-32, Karnal in Haryana on January 06, 2011. The last date for submission of application forms for the HUDA residential plots scheme Karnal was on March 07, 2011.
In the HUDA Plots Scheme Karnal, the Haryana Urban Development Authority has offered total 1,382 freehold residential plots (excluding the handicapped and blind category plots) in the range of 90 square meters (4 Marla), 135 square meters (6 Marla), 162 square meters (8 Marla), 220 square meters (10 Marla), 324 square meters (14 Marla), and 450 square meters (1 Kanal).
The Haryana Urban Development Authority had received total 284,375 applications for 1,382 freehold residential plots in Sector-32 of Karnal.
The allotment for the Haryana Urban Development Authority’s Karnal residential plots scheme was made through a draw of lots and was held in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HUDA officials, and eligible applicants.
The reserved category candidates, who had applied for the HUDA Karnal plots without attaching the necessary requisite certificates or documents along with their application forms, were treated as general category applicants.
The applications of the persons, who had applied for the HUDA residential plots with more than one application, were also rejected. Their earnest money deposit will be returned to them after deducting an amount of Rs. 1,000 per application form.
