The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) had launched a 4,500 residential flats scheme in Sector-88, Mohali in Punjab.
Registration or subscription for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme was open for the eligible applicants from December 12, 2011 to January 21, 2012.
GMADA Residential Flats in Sector-88, Mohali: Earnest Money Deposit Scheme
Several public and private sector banks were financing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority’s residential flats scheme in Sector-88, Mohali (Punjab) to the Indian citizens who wanted to apply for the GMADA flats.
The banks were charging 11 to 15 percent per annum as the tentative rate of interest for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments Earnest Money Deposit Scheme. In the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks offer total or 100% finance of the earnest money required to be deposited with the application form.
For the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks were entertaining only those applicants, who fulfilled all the terms and conditions that Greater Mohali Area Development Authority had framed for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme.
