The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) announced result of the lottery draw for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme on March 16, 2012, March 19, 2012, and March 20, 2012.
The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority had launched a residential flats scheme in Sector-88, Mohali in Punjab on December 12, 2011. The last date for submission of application forms for the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme was on January 21, 2012.
In GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority had offered total 4,500 residential flats of 101.73 square meters (1,095 square feets), 145.95 square meters (1,571 square feets), and 206.34 square meters (2,221 square feets) super area, excluding the under-ground car parking space.
For Type I (1,095 square feets) residential flats in the GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority announced result of the lottery draw of lots on March 16, 2012.
For Type II (1,571 square feets) residential flats category applicants, the GMADA declared result of the lottery draw on March 19, 2012.
For Type III (2,221 square feets) category flats, the GMADA announced the lottery draw result on March 20, 2012.
The allotment for the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority’s GMADA Purab Premium Apartments scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at PUDA Bhawan, Sector-62 in Mohali (Punjab) in the presence of a panel of independent judges, GMADA officials, and eligible applicants.
