Please Note: The above-mentioned tentative sale price of the residential plots is not final, as the District Court Karnal had increased the compensation for acquiring the land from the farmers to Rs. 2,124,760 (that is Rs. 439 per square yard) from Rs. 400,000 per acre as earlier. The amount of increased compensation to the farmers has not been included in the tentative price of plots, and the HUDA shall charge the same by way of additional price as per section 2(b), (2(i), Section 4 and Section 10 of the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Disposal of Land and Buildings) Regulations, 1978.
