The Jodhpur Development Authority (JDA) had announced result of the lottery draw for the Jodhpur Vivek Vihar housing scheme on September 09, 2011.
The Jodhpur Development Authority had launched a new residential plots scheme in Vivek Vihar, Jodhpur in Rajasthan on June 26, 2011. The last date for submission of application forms for the JDA Vivek Vihar housing scheme was on August 20, 2011.
In the Vivek Vihar housing scheme, the Jodhpur Development Authority has offered total 3,227 residential plots of 41.80 square meters (50 square yard), 74.31 square meters (88.88 square yard), 92.90 square meters (111.11 square yard), 139.34 square meters (166.66 square yard), 195.09 square meters (233.33 square yard), 260.12 square meters (311.11 square yard), 292.64 square meters (350 square yard), and 418.06 square meters (500 square yard).
There were total 55,296 applicants for 3,227 residential plots on the offer. As per the terms, the Jodhpur Development Authority has reserved 47 percent of the residential plots for the applicants of various categories.
The allotment for the Jodhpur Development Authority’s Vivek Vihar residential plots scheme was made through a draw of lots and was held in the presence of a panel of independent judges, JDA Jodhpur officials, and eligible applicants.
The reserved category candidates, who had applied for the JDA Vivek Vihar scheme without attaching the necessary requisite certificates or documents along with their application forms, were treated as general category applicants.
The applications of the persons, who had applied for the JDA Jodhpur residential plots with more than one application, were also rejected. Their earnest money deposit will be returned to them.
