The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) had launched a multistoried residential scheme (GDA Scheme Code 818) of 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad (UP).
In the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistory residential flats scheme 818, the Ghaziabad Development Authority had offered total 1,200 flats for allotment to the various categories.

As per Uttar Pradesh Government’s current reservation policy, 3% of the total number of flats were reserved for the Handicapped Persons in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham multistoried residential flats scheme 818.
Accordingly, the Ghaziabad Development Authority had reserved 36 flats for the Handicapped Category applicants in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 818.

Horizontal Reservation for the Handicapped Category Applicants
Handicapped applicants will be given 3 percent horizontal reservation of the total flats available for allotment in the GDA Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme 818.
A handicapped category applicant is required to attach a copy of his or her disability certificate with the application form.
In case a handicapped person fails to attach the disability certificate, issued by the competent authority, his or her application form will be deemed invalid and it will not be included in the lottery draw of lots.
