The Housing Board Haryana (HBH) had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
The Housing Board Haryana had launched a new multistoried residential flats scheme (HBH Scheme Code: Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 Defence Personnel Scheme) for the Serving Defence Personnel, Ex-Defence Personnel (Ex-Servicemen), and Para-Military Forces Personnel in Sector-9A and Sector-10, Mahendragarh on Monday, February 17, 2014.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HBH Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 multistoried flats scheme for the Defence Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Para-Military Forces Personnel was on Monday, June 30, 2014.
Types and Categories of Flats in Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 Defence Personnel Scheme
In HBH Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 multistory flats scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has allotted total 685 built-up (Type A 421 flats + Type B 264 flats) affordable residential flats of 2 BHK (two bedrooms, drawing room, kitchen, one bathroom, and one toilet) of 720 square feet (Type A flats), and 600 square feet (Type B flats) built-up area.
The allotment for the Housing Board Haryana’s Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 Defence Personnel residential flats scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Awas Bhawan in Sector-6, Panchkula in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HBH officials, and eligible applicants.
The Housing Board Haryana had received total 1,150 applications (Type A Flats 863 applications and Type B Flats 287 applications) for the Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 defence personnel scheme.
The Allotment Rate of Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 Type A and Type B Residential Flats
In HBH Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 19,30,000 (Type A) and Rs. 16,10,000 (Type A) for per built-up flat.
Refund of Registration Money to Unsuccessful Applicants of HBH Mahendragarh Sector-9A-10 Scheme
The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money to unsuccessful applicants of the Mahendragarh Sector-9A and Sector-10 defence personnel scheme within 6 weeks from the draw date.
The Housing Board Haryana has refunded the registration money of Rs. 193,000 (Rupees One Lakh Ninety-Three Thousand) for Type A flats and Rs. 161,000 (Rupees One Lakh Sixty-One Thousand) for Type B flats to the unsuccessful applicants who had paid their own earnest money through the bank branch wherein they had deposited the application form. The concerned bank had dispatched the refund cheques to the applicants.
