The Housing Board Haryana (HBH) had declared result of the lottery draw of lots for Barhi, Sonipat multistoried flats scheme for the Entrepreneurs, Industrial Units, and Industrial Workers on Tuesday, December 30, 2014.
The Housing Board Haryana had launched a new multistoried residential flats scheme (HBH Scheme Code: Barhi Entrepreneurs and Industrial Workers Scheme) for the Entrepreneurs, Industrial Units, and Industrial Workers in Barhi (district Sonipat) on Friday, February 28, 2014.
The last date for submission of application forms for the HBH Barhi multistoried flats scheme for the Entrepreneurs, Industrial Units, and Industrial Workers was on Monday, June 30, 2014.
Types and Categories of Flats in Barhi Entrepreneurs and Industrial Workers Scheme
In HBH Barhi Sonipat multistory flats scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has allotted total 44 built-up (40 Flats to Industrial Workers and 4 Flats to Entrepreneurs and Industrial Units) affordable residential flats of 2 BHK (two bedrooms, kitchen, one bathroom, and one toilet) of 520 square feet (Type A flats) built-up area.
The allotment for the Housing Board Haryana’s Barhi Entrepreneurs and Industrial Workers residential flats scheme was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Awas Bhawan in Sector-6, Panchkula in the presence of a panel of independent judges, HBH officials, and eligible applicants.
The Housing Board Haryana had received total 44 applications (40 applications from Industrial Workers and 4 applications from Entrepreneurs and Industrial Units) for the Barhi, Sonipat scheme.

In HBH Barhi Sonipat scheme, the Housing Board Haryana has offered the residential flats at an allotment rate of Rs. 14,30,000 (Type A) for per built-up flat.
