The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) had announced result of the lottery draw for the PUDA Enclave residential plots scheme Budhlada on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had launched a freehold residential plots scheme (PUDA Scheme Code PUDA Enclave Budhlada) in Budhlada, district Mansa in Punjab on September 27, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the PUDA Enclave freehold residential plots scheme Budhlada was on October 31, 2012.
In PUDA Enclave plots scheme Budhlada, the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority had offered 976 residential plots of 100 to 500 square yards for the various category of applicants at an allotment rate of Rs. 6,000 per square yard.
The allotment of the freehold residential plots in the PUDA Enclave plots scheme Budhlada was made through a lottery draw of lots and was held at Sugar Mill Site in Budhlada, Punjab in the presence of a panel of independent judges, PUDA officials, and eligible applicants.
The reserved category candidates, who had applied for the PUDA Enclave plots scheme Budhlada without attaching the necessary requisite certificates or documents along with their application forms, were treated as general category applicants.
