The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) had launched a residential scheme of 1,128 flats in Vivek Vihar area in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on April 14, 2012.
The Rajasthan Housing Board had offered 232 MIG (Middle Income Group), 424 LIG (Lower Income Group), and 472 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) residential flats for allotment to the different income groups through a lottery draw of lots.
Registration or booking for the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential flats scheme was closed on June 29, 2012.

Income Criteria for Applying in the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar Residential Scheme
MIG (Middle Income Group) = Rs. 150,001 to Rs. 240,000 in a Financial Year
LIG (Lower Income Group) = Rs. 60,001 to Rs. 150,000 in a Financial Year
EWS (Economically Weaker Section) = Up to Rs. 60,000 in a Financial Year
Depositing the Earnest Money in the Bank
For deposition of the registration amount, the applicants should use only the Challan Form appended with the specified application form. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall have to be made in the specified bank branch, which shall keep the first and second copy and return the third and fourth copy to the applicant. The third copy of the Challan Form should be enclosed with the application form as proof of deposit, while the applicant will keep the fourth copy.
