Registration or subscription for the RHB Jodhpur Vivek Vihar residential flats was open for the eligible applicants from April 14, 2012 to June 29, 2012.

Several public and private sector banks were financing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the Rajasthan Housing Board’s residential flats scheme in Vivek Vihar, Jodhpur to the Indian citizens who want to apply for the RHB flats.
Currently, the different banks are charging 10 to 12 percent per annum as the tentative rate of interest for the Rajasthan Housing Board residential flats in the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme. In the Earnest Money Deposit Scheme, the banks offer total or 100% finance of the earnest money required to be deposited with the application form.
