The Housing Board Haryana (HBH) had launched a built-up multi-storeyed flats scheme on hire-purchase basis for Industrial Workers, Entrepreneurs, and Industrial Units of Haryana state in Barhi (Phase-II), Sonipat.

1. Phase-II of the Housing Board Colony in Barhi, Sonipat will be a well-planned sector with all basic amenities such as water services, underground sewerage system, metalled roads, street lighting, open spaces, children park, shopping booths, storm water drains, parks, school, and police post, etc.
2. In the Barhi built-up multi-storeyed flats scheme, Housing Board Haryana (HBH) is giving flats on easy installments – only 40% of the total cost is payable before possession, while the remaining 60% of the flat’s cost will be payable in 120 equal monthly installments with interest.
3. A person, who has previously been allotted a residential plot, independent house, or a built-up flat in any of the Housing Board Haryana’s previous schemes shall not be entitled to apply under this scheme.
4. Women Quota – 33% of the built-up multi-storeyed flats in this scheme are reserved for women.
5. Allotment of the residential plots shall be made through draw of lots.
