The Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) had launched a leasehold residential flats scheme (BDA Scheme Code Gharonda Awasiya Yojna) of 1 BHK and 2 BHK multistoried flats in Salaiya, Bhopal on Monday, September 24, 2012.
In Gharonda multistoried flats scheme, the Bhopal Development Authority has offered 256 multistoried flats of 386 square feet super built up area, and 848 multistoried flats of 537 square feet super built up area.
In the BDA Gharonda multistoried flats scheme, there are 256 residential flats of one BHK for the Low Income Group (LIG) and 848 residential flats of two BHK for the Middle Income Group (MIG).
