The Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) had announced result of the lottery draw for the BDA Gharonda multistoried residential flats scheme (BDA Scheme Code Gharonda Awasiya Yojna) on November 07, 2012.
The Bhopal Development Authority had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme called Gharonda Awasiya Yojna in Salaiya, Bhopal on September 24, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the BDA Bhopal Gharonda multistory flats scheme was on October 08, 2012.
In the BDA Bhopal Gharonda Awasiya Yojna, the Bhopal Development Authority has offered total 1,104 residential flats (including the reserved category flats), out of which 256 multistoried flats are of 386 square feet super built up area, and 848 multistoried flats are of 537 square feet super built up area.
The Bhopal Development Authority had received total 2,273 applications for 1,104 residential flats of one BHK and two BHK to be built in Salaiya, Bhopal.
Allotment of the flats in BDA Bhopal Gharonda Awasiya Yojna was made through a draw of lots and was held in the presence of a panel of independent judges, BDA Bhopal officials, and eligible applicants.
The reserved category candidates, who had applied for the BDA Bhopal Gharonda flats scheme without attaching the necessary requisite certificates or documents along with their application forms, were treated as general category applicants.
The applications of the persons, who had applied for the BDA Bhopal Gharonda residential flats with more than one application, were also rejected.
