The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (UPAVP Scheme Code Himalaya Enclave Vrindavan Yojna No. 4) in Sector-17, Lucknow on October 22, 2012.
The last date for submission of application forms for the UPAVP Lucknow Himalaya Enclave multistoried flats scheme was on November 30, 2012.
In UPAVP Lucknow Himalaya Enclave flats scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad) was offering multistoried flats of 94.19 to 152.01 square meters super built up area, and 40 penthouses of 194.23 to 244.46 square meters super built up area.
In the UPAVP Lucknow Himalaya Enclave multistoried flats scheme, there will be total 936 residential flats and penthouses of two BHK, three BHK, and four BHK.
The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board was offering these multistory flats and penthouses for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The lottery draw of lots for the UPAVP Lucknow Himalaya Enclave multistoried flats scheme was to be held before May 31, 2013.
