The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) had launched a multistoried residential flats scheme (UPAVP Scheme Code Hindon Apartment Siddharth Vihar Yojna) in Sector-7, Ghaziabad on October 29, 2013.
The last date for submission of application forms for the UPAVP Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment multistoried flats scheme was on December 04, 2013.
In UPAVP Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment flats scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad) was offering 7 multistoried 1 BHK flats of 64.61 square meters super built up area and 118 multistoried 2 BHK flats 97.16 square meters super built up area.
In the UPAVP Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment multistoried flats scheme, there will be total 125 residential flats of one BHK and two BHK.
The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board was offering these multistory flats for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots.
The lottery draw of lots for the UPAVP Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment multistoried flats scheme was to be held before June 04, 2014.
The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad’s Hindon Apartment scheme is a part of Siddharth Vihar Yojna and is located in Sector-7, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
The brochures including the applications forms of the UPAVP Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment multistoried flats scheme were available in the authorized branches of Allahabad Bank in Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi and Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Gurgaon (Haryana), Patna (Bihar), and New Delhi (Delhi).
Earlier also, the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad had launched this multistory residential flats scheme (UPAVP Hindon Apartment Siddharth Vihar Yojna) for which registration was open for the citizens of India from August 19, 2013 to September 19, 2013. All the previous applicants of UPAVP’s Ghaziabad Hindon Apartment scheme were confirmed as allottees of flats.
