Applicable Categories for the GNIDA Independent Houses Scheme BHS-15/2012

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had launched an independent houses scheme (GNIDA Scheme Code BHS-15/2012) of 70 square meters, 90 square meters, 120 square meters, 200 square meters, and 250 square meters in the various Sectors of Greater Noida (UP).
In the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had offered total 321 build-up homes for allotment to the various categories of applicants.
Allotment of the homes in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15 shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act No. 6 of 1976) and the Rules and Regulations framed there under and as amended from time to time.
Accordingly, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority had reserved a number of houses for the certain categories of persons in the GNIDA independent houses scheme BHS-15/2012. The reservation existed for various categories of people.
